Morning Panel

Many of us are seeking growth and enrichment in our careers; since most of us will share the workplace with other women, female networks should serve as a means of support. This panel will discuss how our professional interactions influence each others’ careers and development, and how in some industries and types of companies, this support is more prevalent and positive. As we advance to the top of our careers, it is easy to lose sight of the support that is necessary throughout the organization and oftentimes competitiveness can actually be harmful. What insights can we draw from women’s behaviour in the workplace and how can we better leverage these networks?
