Originally founded as a network for current and former Goldman Sachs women professionals, the network was expanded in 2000 with the launch of Broad2Broad which is its unique co-mentoring initiative for current women MBA's from some of the top business schools in the world. In 2003 the network was once again expanded with the launch of Broad2Be, its equally unique co-mentoring initiative with women students at some of the nation's leading undergraduate schools.
